Beeses reopens!

Postby richard on Thu Apr 03, 2008 12:29 pm

Beeses is back for the summer!

Hi everybody.

Beeses Bar and Tea Gardens re-opened at Easter, and after a considerable amount of renovation, it looks better than ever. The bar in the middle of the building has been removed completely, and the whole room now opens up into a very attractive single large area. Take a look at the attached photos.

And the even better news is that our regular open mic music nights will be starting again as soon as next week. These will take place every second and fourth Thursday of each month, starting next Thursday 10th April, and going on until 25th September.

The format will be the same as last year, with all acts being given room for a couple of songs/tunes, and if there is enough time at the end of this, there may be the chance for a second spot.

We will probably get started around 8:00 pm, depending on attendance. But I shall be there much earlier to take advantage of the excellent food on offer. Why not come along early, and join me?

All singers/players are very welcome, no matter what type of music you favour. And we are particularly keen to attract a larger audience too. So please come along, and bring your friends.

If you want to know more about the venue, you can either reply to this e-mail, or check out Beeses website (www.beeses.co.uk ). Why not log in and request to receive Phil's newsletters?

Alternatively, Beeses has an entry in MySpace (www.myspace.com/beeses ).

I hope to see plenty of you next week.

John
